Bihar to Recruit 1.4 Lakh Teachers by November
Bihar Education Ministry announces 1,40,000 teachers recruitment out of which, 1,00,000 will be for primary level and 40,000 for Secondary level. The process will be completed by the end of November 2019.
The state of Bihar is all set to recruit as many as 1.4 lakh teachers in the Government schools in the state by November 2019. The education minister of Bihar, Mr. Krishna Nandan Prasad Verma has stated that the process to recruit teachers in the vacant seats will be concluded by the end of 2019 November. According to the official report,1 lakh teachers will be recruited for the primary level education and 40 thousand teachers will be recruited in the secondary and higher secondary levels.
While responding to a query by Vidya Sagar Singh Nishad on JDU on the scarcity of faculty members in the Bihar high schools, Mr. KNP Kumar has said that the process will be completed by the end of November this year and the schedule for recruitment process has also been issued.
The reply of the minister, however, did not satisfy the RJD Party members which caused them to run to the well of the house and raise anti-government slogans.

The Speaker, Vijay Kumar Choudhary brought them back to their seats after the speaker assured the house that he will consult with the state’s department of education to bring more clarity on the matter of teacher recruitment.
