BML Munjal University Hosts 4th Convocation Ceremony
BML Munjal University hosted its 4th convocation ceremony and 438 students graduated from the university. His Excellency George Goh Ching Wah, Ambassador to Morocco; Chairman, The Border Mission, Singapore, was the Chief Guest for the occassion.
The BML Munjal School of Economics & Commerce and BML Munjal School of Technology and Management handed over the graduation certificates to 438 graduates who graduated from B.Tech, B.Com, BBA and MBA courses
Some of the medals were also awarded on behalf of the university to students who have performed exceptionally well in academics in their respective courses at BML Munjal University. 3 students of the university were awarded the prestigious Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal Medalunder the category of the Best Outgoing Student. A total of 8 students were given the Academic Excellence Medal for outstanding academic performance.
The graduation students have secured jobs in some of the well-known companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Hero MotoCorp, Grant Thornton, KPMG and others.
Dr. Jyotsna Suri, who is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Bharat Hotels Ltd, addressed the students during the convocation and said that the varsity is one of the best private universities in the country. This is not only because of the meritorious students but the experienced faculty and well-designed curriculum contribute towards making it one of the best universities in India.
She expressed her happiness for being a part of the convocation ceremony and that through the even she got a chance to interact with the leaders of tomorrow and share experiences. According to her, students should not consider the convocation ceremony as the end of education but as the journey to pursue their passion. She concluded her speech by wishing students good luck for their future.

The Chief Guest during the 4th convocation of BML Munjal University was His Excellency George Goh Ching Wah is Excellency George Goh Ching Wah, Ambassador to Morocco; Chairman, The Border Mission, Singapore. He delivered the convocation address and said that quality education plays a vital role in the economic development of the country. He further congratulated BMU for its achievements and urged the graduating students to be the light of the world and never stop learning new things in life.

The Chancellor of BML Munjal University, Prof. Sunil Kumar Munjal expressed his happiness and thanked Dr. Suri and Shri George for taking out time and being a part of the event. He said that BMU makes sure that education is not restricted to awarding degrees but to nurture leaders for tomorrow and equip the students with employable skills.
