BPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2022: the Bihar Public Service Commission is all set to conduct the BPSC 67th Mains Examination 2022. The candidates who have cleared the prelims examination for the 67th BPSC CCE 2022 must know that the commission has revised the exam pattern for mains exam for this year and has done some major changes in the exam pattern and marking scheme. The BPSC 67th Mains Examination will commence on 29th December 2022. Here is the revised BPSC Mains Exam pattern with the new marking scheme.
BPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2022 (Revised)
The examination pattern for the BPSC Mains test consists of four separate papers of different subjects that will be conducted in offline mode. The BPSC mains question paper will be in subjective mode. The four papers include General Hindi, General Studies 1, General Studies 2, and Optional Subject. The new BPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2022 is mentioned below -

BPSC Mains Exam 2022 Marking Scheme
The first of four papers i.e. General Hindi is of Qualifying in nature and each candidate has to score at least 30% marks in the paper to qualify for the Hindi exam. The other 3 papers of GS-I, GS-II, and Optional subject will carry subjective questions and will carry a total of 300 marks for each paper. The Marks scored in the General Hindi (Paper 1) will not be added/considered in the final marks of the BPSC Mains exam 2022
There is no negative marking policy in the BPSC Mains Exam 2022 for any of the papers
The mode of the exam paper is English, Hindi, and Urdu
- The marks scored in the Mains exam will be added to the marks scored in the Personal Interview round. The final marks will be considered for the BPSC Civil Services Final Selection List 2022
