CAT Result Date 2022: Know when result announcement is expected
CAT Result 2022 is expected to be released by the first week of January. The results will be released online by the authorities, which candidates may check and download using the CAT login credentials.
CAT Result 2022 Date: CAT 2022 exam was conducted on November 27, 2022, through online Computer Based Test Mode across the country. The exam was conducted in three shifts: Slot 1- 8:30 am to 10:30 am, Slot 2- 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and Slot 3- 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Although the exam was conducted in separate slots, the CAT Result 2022 date will be released altogether. The results will be released in percentile to maintain equality for all candidates. Also, since the exam was conducted in slots, all the slots and sections of the question paper will not be of the same difficulty level. So, considering the difficulty level of the question papers, the number of test-takers and the total marks of the CAT 2022 will be considered to determine the percentile of each candidate.

As soon as the answer key is released, candidates will be able to check and estimate their scores. IIMs have released an estimated cutoff for GD and PI rounds. Candidates may reflect upon the cutoffs to know whether they are qualified to participate or not. The CAT Result 2022 will be released online through the official website. Candidates may access the results using their login details when released.

Further, before the CAT Result 2022 is released, authorities will release the CAT 2022 Response Sheet and CAT 2022 Answer Key online. Candidates may raise their objections to the answer key, which will be considered, and based on the final answer key the CAT Result 2022 will be released. In previous years, CAT Results have been released within 30-45 days from the date of the examination, so, a similar pattern is expected to follow for CAT 2022. However, IIM Bangalore is yet to announce the CAT Result 2022 Date yet.
