The Central Board of Secondary Education has successfully commenced the CBSE class 12 Geography exam on May 18, 2022. The exam was held from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. Before that, the candidates got 15 minutes time to read the Geography question paper. The CBSE Geography exam of class 12 was conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based exam), maintaining all the COVID 19 protocols. As per the feedback of the students, the CBSE Class 12 Geography paper was easy to moderate.
CBSE Class 12 Geography Term 2 Exam Analysis
The CBSE term 2 Geography exam for class 12 is over. The Geography paper was conducted for 35 marks and was classified into five sections. Check the section-wise paper pattern here in the following table.

CBSE Class 12 Geography: Students’ Review
Most of the students, who appeared for the CBSE Class 12 term 2 Geography paper, identified that the Term 2 question paper was easier than the Term 1 paper. The majority of the questions directly come from NCERT books. Apart from that, a group of students identified that the term 2 Geography questions were mostly similar to the sample papers that were released by the CBSE Board.
Note: The officials will not release any answer key on Geography this time, since most of the questions were subjective in nature. Only the experts will release the unofficial answer key.
