The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated action against 130 teachers over evaluation errors in CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams 2018. The regional offices of CBSE are likely to take action against schools, coordinators and teachers where evaluation errors have been found.

As per CBSE, the highest number of evaluation errors occurred in Patna where 45 teachers/ evaluators showed their recklessness in evaluating the answer sheets. Such instances will not only damage the career of students but also the reputation of the national-level education board (CBSE). The board will now take disciplinary action against these teachers.
