CBSE Class 12 exams have begun and class 12 English exam was conducted on February 27, 2020. The exam started at 10.30 AM and continued till 1.30 PM. The paper was conducted for a 3 hours duration and consisted of a total of 80 questions. There were three sections in the paper which were distributed as follows:

Section A for 20 marks: Reading

Section B for 30 marks: Writing

Section C for 30 marks: Literature

CBSE Class 12 English Paper Analysis 2020

The class 12 board English paper exam was conducted smoothly. Most of the students said that the questions in the paper were quite lengthy.

While some of the students said that the difficulty level of the paper was of easy to moderate level.

As per the students, the questions in the paper and the pattern were similar to the previous year's question of CBSE.

Most of the questions in the exam were as per the new syllabus of CBSE for English.

As per the expert analysis of the paper, the difficulty level of the CBSE class 12 English paper was average and the students who appeared for the exam can expect to score 60 to 70 marks out of 80 in the result.

CBSE Class 12 English Paper Analysis 2019

According to subject experts, CBSE Class 12 English Question Paper 2019 was appropriate for average students. One of the best things about the question paper is the choice for six marks questions. The questions on the poetry part of the subject were also easy.

Teachers who teach English to class 12 students of CBSE also agreed that the English paper was quite easy this year. Commenting on the length of the paper, a teacher said that the paper was of standard length and the students who were not able to manage time properly found it lengthy.

Teachers also added that all the questions in CBSE class 12 English paper were from the textbook. They also added that the question paper comprised of easy, moderate and difficult questions. However, the questions were not much indirect. In all, most students were happy with the English question paper.
