CBSE confirms fake notice on the role of observers for Class 10 and 12 Term Exams 2022. A fake noticehas been circulating for quite some time now. The CBSE HQ confirmed through its official Twitter account that a fake notification has been circulating for a while now regarding the role of observers for the Class 10 and 12 Term Exams 2022. The CBSE HQ has also advised all aspiring candidates to be aware of the fake notification by knowing the details and avoiding it at all costs.
The points raised in the fake notification include:
- All observers should make sure that unused question papers are sealed and packed immediately after the start of the term examination. Moreover, the observers or invigilators will have to prepare a list of students who arrive late to the examination hall. Inspection of the exam rooms, level of invigilation being provided, timely packing of answer scripts and reporting to the Regional Office, New Delhi also fall under the responsibility of the observers;
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 11:30 AM. Answer scripts have to be counted personally, packed and sealed in the presence of the observers according to the guidelines provided by the Board;
- The packet containing the answer scripts must have the number written clearly on it and it has to be signed by the observer. The observers also have to move around from one room to another in order to make sure that their presence is felt on the premises;
- A detailed report of how the examination was conducted must be sent along with one to the TA/DA for remuneration. A copy should also be retained for future reference;
- The monetary benefits along with the conveyance fee will be paid by CBSE
