After a long delay, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the results of National Eligibility Test (NET) 2017. The examination took place in January 2017. CBSE was to release the results in April 2017. However, the results were postponed due to some issues. NET examination is applicable to those who are seeking JRFs or appointments as assistant professors in various colleges and universities. Major varsities had already notified the admission schedule for research programmes.

Steps to Check CBSE UGC NET January 2017 Results: -
- There is a separate website for NET.
- CBSE maintains the official portal of NET on behalf of UGC.
- All the official updates related to UGC NET 2017 examination are available on the official website.
- However, the results are available on the results portal of CBSE.
- If you do not know the link for CBSE results, just type UGC NET results on Google search.
- The first link will direct you to official results portal of CBSE.
- On the home page, you need to fill few columns.
- Enter your Application Number.
- Later, enter your Roll Number.
- Finally, enter your Date of Birth.
- Submit all the details.
- Now, you can see UGC NET 2017 results.
- You can check the UGC NET 2017 score, and take the printout of result sheet.
- CBSE has declared the marks for three papers separately along with the cumulative score.
