CEED 2023: The registrations for the Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) have commenced online at ceed.iitb.ac.in on September 30, 2022. Interested and eligible candidates can register through the direct official website link given below. The deadline to register for CEED 2023 is October 21, without any late fee charges. For this academic year, CEED will be conducted by IIT Bombay on January 22, 2023 for M.Des and PhD programmes.

CEED 2023 Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have completed a degree or diploma programme of a minimum of three years after the 10+2 or equivalent level. Candidates appearing for the final year of such programmes (and graduating by July 2023) are also eligible.

CEED 2023 Registration Important Instructions

Some of the important instructions while registering for CEED 2023 are as follows:

  • A non-refundable and non-transferrable regular registration fee must be paid online via online payment gateways:
    • Women: INR 1,800/-
    • SC/ST/PwD: INR 1,800/-
    • Other Candidates: INR 3,600/-
  • The following documents shall be uploaded while filling out CEED 2023 Application Form:
    • Recent Coloured Photograph (jpg)
    • Signature (jpg)
    • Degree/Diploma Certificate (pdf)
    • Caste Certificate, if applicable (pdf)
    • PwD Certificate, if applicable (pdf)
  • CEED 2023 Paper Pattern: The question paper for the examination will be divided into two parts of 100 Marks each:
    • Part A with 8 NAT questions (3 marks each), 10 MSQs (3 marks each), and 23 MCQs (2 marks each)
    • Part B will have 5 questions (Sketching, Creativity, Form Sensitivity, Visual Sensitivity, and Problem Identification), each of 20 marks.
  • Examination city preferences once entered cannot be modified again under any circumstances.
  • No application form correction window will be provided.
