• Upload all the documents and images required. These include a photograph and a signature;
• Select the exam centre you would prefer and then pay the application fee as required. The payment can be made online using debit card, credit card or Netbanking only;

• Submit the CG BSc Nursing Examination Application Form
• Take a printout of the submitted form for future reference
