CG PAT 2016 to be conducted on 5th may

As per the official notification, Chhattisgarh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal (CGVYAPAM) has issued a notification to conduct Chhattisgarh Pre Agriculture Test (CG PAT) 2016.PAT is well known as Pre Agriculture Test which was conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board every year for all those candidates who want to take admission into various courses in the state under the private universities or colleges situated in the state of Chattisgarh.The candidates can submit their application form from the official website at-cgvyapam.choice.gov.in

Chhattisgarh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal (CGVYAPAM) is established to conduct entrance examination for admission to various professional and other educational institutions, on the request of the State Government, other State Governments, Central Government, Universities and National or State level institutions.

The admission in B.Sc. (Agriculture) and B.Sc. (Horticulture) courses offered by the Agriculture University of Chhattisgarh Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, for the session 2016 – 2017 will be finalised based on the merit/ rank of the students in Chhattisgarh PAT 2016.The candidates who want to submit their application form, those can apply through official website before the last date.

This the University has increased the number of seats for Agriculture. Now there will be around 1925 seats on which admissions will be taken based on CG PAT performance. Last year 40,000 students appeared for this exam.

Education Qualification

• Candidate minimum qualification to apply for CG PAT Exam is 10+2 from Chhattisgarh board or any recognized board in the country.
• Candidate must have studied Mathematics, physics and Chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology in their 12th standard curriculum.
• The minimum marks for CG PAT for General and OBC category applicants is 50%.
• For SC/ST category applicants it is 45%.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 25 years.

Application Fee:

• The application fee for Genral category Rs. 300
• The application fee for OBC category: 250
• The application fee for ST/SC category : 200
