Siddharth Agarwal is an Aerospace Engineer turned Explorer who decided to walk 3000 kilometers along the river Ganga to learn about the impact of rivers on the people and cities that are spread out along the banks of the river. An IIT Kharagpur graduate, Siddharth is a keen traveler and has decided to travel through the oceans all the way to the glaciers.

In his four-month-long journey, he plans to conduct a deep study on how the rivers affect communities and awareness regarding the preservation of these natural resources. On returning from his journey he will share his research and observations with the people and bring this knowledge in front of the mainstream communities.
Siddharth started his expedition in June and has covered more than 800 kilometres of his journey, observing, learning, and exploring throughout the road.

This is not Siddharth’s first voyage. He had cycled 2120 km from Kolkata to Mumbai and raised Rs. 80,000 for CRY with his friend Ujjwal Chauhan in a mission they called ‘Madness Project’.
