Check the Date Sheet of Class 10 Board Exams 2017

CBSE has declared the date sheet for Class 10 board exams 2017. The first exam has been scheduled for March 9, 2017, and the last exam will be conducted on April 10, 2017.

The board has also announced the time slot for the exams and the exams will take place from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

The Science exam will be conducted on March 22 and English will be conducted on March 30. Sufficient gaps have been provided in between the exams to give the students enough time for preparation.

Mathematics exam will be held on April 3 whereas Social Science has been scheduled for April 8. The last exam is Home Science that will be conducted on Monday, April 10, 2017.

All the details are provided on the website of CBSE. Students are advised to read the guidelines and rules that need to be followed during the exams.

The timetable has been announced approximately two months prior to the exams so that students get enough time to prepare for their exams and revise their subjects. 2017 will be the last year where students will have the option to choose between class 10 board exams and internal assessment.

The HRD Ministry has declared that CBSE board exams will be back from 2018 and will be made mandatory for all the students. The decision was taken in December 2016 after discussion with all the stakeholders.
