Child Rights Research Fellowship up to 1 Lakh by CRY: Apply Now
CRY has come up with a fellowship research programme in the field of child’s rights ranging from Rs 50000 to 1 lakh. Interested students can apply for the same before September 20, 2019.
CRY, a non-profit organisation has come up with a one-year-long research programme called the 11th National Child Rights Research Fellowship (NCRRF). People interested in childcare and issues related to children may apply for the programme by September 20, 2019. A total of five fellowships are being offered by CRY ranging from Rs 50,000 to 1 Lakh.
This initiative is to find the researchers who are interested in the upliftment of child community & rights, thus, it is essential for applicants to have a soft corner for children problems faced by them in day to day life. Some of the major issues faced by Indian children are as follows:
- Health issue
- Education Facility
- Survival Issues
- Exploitation by Child Labourses
- Violence and Abuse
After working for a year, researchers will have a better understanding of the actual condition of children, hence, on the basis of experiences and encounters with the real problems of children they will be interpreting and themes. These interpretations will be further forwarded to development practitioners, academicians, child activists, and the public.

NCRRF Eligibility Criteria 2019
The NCRRF eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Candidate must be above the age of 18
- Candidate must be a permanent citizen of India

- Candidates have to prepare a proposal that contains - Topic, Objective, Research Questions, Methodology, Time Lines and Reading List.
- Proper budgeting of the proposal has to be provided by the candidate.

- List of Published or Unpublished Work
- References with contact Details
