CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2022: Marking Criteria
Final marks for CHSE 12th Result 2022 will be calculated using two methods, which are i. 100% AHSE Marks and ii. 80% AHSE Marks + 20% QEA Marks, where AHSE stands for Annual Higher Secondary Examination (conducted by the board) and QEA stands for Quarter End Examination (conducted by respective schools). Based on this method, the highest subject-wise marks achieved by the candidates in either of the two options will be considered for the computation of the final results.
To understand this, say a candidate scored 85 marks in Maths in the AHSE examination but after calculating the score through the 80-20 criteria, the candidate’s Maths score changes to 90 marks then 90 marks would be considered as final marks. However, if after implementing 80-20 criteria, the candidate gets 83 marks, then 85 marks of 100% AHSE will be taken as final marks.
