CIFNET Entrance Exam 2020 Postponed, Check New Dates Here
CIFNET 2020, which was scheduled on July 13 and 20 has been postponed. The exam is conducted for Bachelor of Fisheries Science (Nautical Science) [B.F.Sc (NS) and Vessel Navigator Course (VNC)/Marine Fitter Course (MFC).
Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical & Engineering Training (CIFNET) has issued an official notification regarding the postponement of CIFNET entrance Exam. The exam conducted for Bachelor of Fisheries Science (Nautical Science) [B.F.Sc (NS) and Vessel Navigator Course (VNC)/Marine Fitter Course (MFC) was scheduled to be held on June 13 and June 20, 2020, respectively. The revised dates for the CIFNET entrance exam has not been notified yet and will be released soon through the official website.

The important dates for CIFNET 2020 are as follows -

CIFNET has extended the last date for filling the application form and uploading the documents for BFSc (NS)/VNC/MFC. The candidates can fill the application form for BFSc (NS) until July 3, 2020, and the last date to apply for VNC/MFC is on July 30, 2020. The candidates will have to download the CIFNET application form from the official website and send the duly filled form along with all the required documents to the admissions office. The candidates should send the application form along with the required documents before the last date or else the application will be rejected.

The minimum eligibility criteria required to be eligible for CIFNET entrance exam for BFSc (NS) is to pass class 12th in PCM or PCB with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. For the candidates of VNC/MFC, they must have passed class 10th with Mathematics and Science with an overall aggregate of 40%.
