CIMAGE College Seminar on Cloud Computing

CIMAGE College Patna has organized a seminar on Cloud Computing. The college is organizing it for its students who seek to learn the technology. The workshop aims at introducing the students with the technology and making them acquainted with the technical know-how and the scopes of the technology.

The Cloud computing, also known as the on-demand computing, is a type of the Internet-based computing which also provides ‘the shared processing resources’ & the data to the computers & the other devices that are on demand.

Cloud computing is a model used for enabling a ubiquitous and on-demand access to a mutually shared pool of the configurable computing resources viz. , storage, networks, servers, applications & the services),which could be rapidly provisioned & released with minimum management efforts. The cloud computing & storage solutions provide the users & enterprises with the various capabilities to store & process the data in a third-party data centre.

The data relies on the sharing of the resources in order to achieve the coherence & the economy of scale that is similar to the utilities like the electricity grid over the network.

The workshop at the CIMAGE College focussed upon making the underlying principles of the technology more acquainted to the students.
