CLAT 2022 application form last date is May 09, 2022. The application form was released on the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities, https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/, on January 01, 2022. CLAT 2022 Exam has been postponed to June 19, 2022, as well for both UG and PG programmes which were initially scheduled for May 08, 2022.
All candidates must note that while filling out the application form, candidates will have to submit their photograph, signature, and other documents like domicile certificate, mark sheets, etc. which must follow the specific format and guidelines given by the consortium. We have mentioned below some key points which should be noted before applying for CLAT 2022.

CLAT 2022 Application Form: Important Points to Note
Eligibility: The candidates who wish to apply for CLAT 2022 must meet the eligibility criteria. For UG, the aspirants must have secured a minimum of 45% in Class 12 while for PG, the aspirants must have completed a law degree with a minimum of 50%.
Mode of Application: CLAT Application Form must only be filled in online mode through the consortium’s official website. Any other modes of application will be summarily rejected.
Registration: The candidate must first register themselves by entering their name, mobile number, email ID, password, and the OTP received. Only registered candidates will have access to the application form.
Application Form: While filling out the application form, candidates must only enter valid information as every detail will be checked and verified during counselling and seat allotment. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification. Candidates are also encouraged to recheck all the information carefully before the payment of fees. Candidates must select the order of examination centres in terms of priority.
Application Fee: CLAT Application Fee shall only be paid in online mode via credit card, debit card, or net banking. Offline payment of fees will be considered an error on the applicants’ part and the losses thus incurred will not be refunded.
Documents Required: The candidate should keep the following documents with them before filling out CLAT Application Form 2022:
- Scanned Passport Size Photograph (Format: JPEG, JPG, or PNG; Size: Less than 500 kB).
- Scanned Signature (Format: JPEG, JPG, or PNG; Size: Less than 100 kB).
All other documents given below should be in PDF format of less than 2 MB. - Marksheets of Class 10 and Class 12
- Valid Photo and Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter’s ID, etc.)
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- BPL Certificate (if applicable)
Candidates should make sure that all the information on the above-mentioned documents should be clearly readable. The photographs of the candidates should be recent with a white/light background. The candidates must not wear glasses/goggles and both ears and neck shall be visible. The signature of the candidate must be done on a white unruled paper only.

CLAT Previous Years’ Question Papers: Candidates who wish to have a copy of CLAT Previous Years Question Papers must pay an additional fee of INR 500/- which will allow them to download the previous papers by directly logging into their account.
Candidates should save a copy of their CLAT Application 2022 to their device or keep a printout of the same with them.
