CSAB Choice Filling 2024 Ends on August 3: Important instructions to follow before final submission

CSAB Choice Filling 2024 Last Date: The Central Seat Allocation Board will close the option entry window for the CSAB special round on August 3, 2024. All the registered aspirants who have successfully paid for registration can enter their fresh college and course preferences at the official web portal- csab.nic.in Before selecting their options, candidates are also recommended to confirm that they meet any particular eligibility requirements for the academic programs. The CSAB website has a list of these requirements. Do note, that the choices entered for JoSSA rounds will be void and will not be considered for the CSAB special round. Important Instructions for CSAB Choice Filling 2024

Before submitting the final choices, candidates must go through the important CSAB Choice Filling 2024 instructions below.

• Candidates are advised to fill their fresh choices and save them frequently and carefully during the process.
• The credential to fill out web choices i.e, JEE Main 2024 application number, password, security pin must be correctly entered at ‘Candidate Activity Board’.
• The seat matrix displayed to the candidates is tentative, and more vacant seats may be available later. Candidates should fill in their seat choices regardless of the vacancy status.
• Candidates who have secured admission in JoSAA 2024 rounds can participate in CSAB special rounds. They need to fill their seat choices again, and the last secured JoSAA seat will be automatically considered as the last choice for seat allotment.
• Candidates must lock their choices before the deadline. Once locked, choices cannot be edited, except for specific cases where candidates can request to unlock their choices.
• Candidates must fill and save at least one choice of seat to be considered for seat allotment.
• Candidates who fail to do so will not be considered for seat allotment and admission in CSAB special rounds.
• Based on the exercised options, CSAB special seat allotment results for Round 1 will be announced on August 5, 2024 (at 10 am)
