CTET Exam 2023 on August 20: List of documents required on exam day
With the CTET exam 2023 scheduled for August 20, 2023, candidates can access the list of necessary documents to be brought on the day of the exam here. The list of prohibited items is also stated below.
CTET Exam 2023 on August 20: The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 on August 20, 2023 in a pen-and-paper mode. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: morning and afternoon. The first shift is from 9:30 AM to 12 PM, and the second shift is from 2:30 PM to 5 PM. To appear for the test in both shifts, candidates must have their hall tickets printed. The hall ticket will be available for download on and from August 18 at ctet.nic.in. Alongside the hall ticket, candidates should bring additional documents for the verification process. The documents required on the exam day are outlined here.

CTET Exam 2023: Documents required on exam day
On the day of the CTET 2023 exam, candidates are required to bring the following documents:
A recent passport-sized photograph to attach to the attendance sheet.
CTET 2023 admit card for pre-exam procedures.
Any government-issued photo identification proof, such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, driving license, or Voter ID card.
PwD certificate (if applicable), also needs to be carried to the examination venue.

CTET Exam 2023: Documents Not to Be Carried on Exam Day
While it is essential to bring the items listed above to the examination venue, there are specific items that candidates must avoid bringing into the examination hall. These include:
Candidates must refrain from carrying items such as Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, earphones, pagers, microphones, and health bands.
Additionally, Bluetooth devices and cameras should not be brought.
Cameras, wallets, goggles, handbags, and valuable jewellery are also prohibited.
Plastic pouches, calculators, writing pads, pen drives, and logarithm tables should not be brought into the examination hall.
