CTET Registration July 2024 to be closed on April 2 at ctet.nic.in, last date extension expected

CTET Registration 2024 Last Date: As the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) approaches the last date to apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET July 2024) i.e. April 2, 2024, the applicants who are yet to submit the application forms must do it at the earliest. As per the registration schedule, CBSE will close the online registration window after the deadline. However, looking at the previous trends, the board is expected to extend the last date for a few more days. Although, we suggest the applicants not be hopeful and submit the registration forms as soon as possible.

CTET Application 2024: Steps to Apply Before Last Date

The candidates can apply online for the registration process through the steps shared below:

Step 1: The official website to register online is www.ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Select the link ‘Apply for CTET July-2024’ on the homepage.

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen. Click on the link mentioning ‘CTET July-2024’.

Step 4: Select ‘New Registration’ button on the login window.

Step 5: Go through the instructions and proceed towards the registration form.

Step 6: Fill out the important information and submit the relevant documents.

Step 7: Pay the online application fee as per the below-mentioned criteria:

• General/OBC (NCL): Rs 1000/- for one paper and Rs 1200/- for both papers

• SC/ST/PwD: Rs 500/- for one paper and Rs 600/- for both papers
