The overall paper of English and General Test were easy. There were many new type of questions that were introduced in CUET 2023 as compared to CUET 2022. In the first shift, GT has 30-35 questions from reasoning and around 5-6 questions were asked from quants. In English, there were 15 questions from unseen passage, 3 Rcs were asked, narrations, spotting error, idioms and phrases, rearrangements, synonyms and antonyms, etc.
