Will CUET UG Syllabus 2024 be Reduced?

CUET UG Syllabus 2024: The National Testing Agency will conduct CUET UG 2024 in May 2024 but the syllabus for it has not yet been released. However, for other similar undergraduate examinations like JEE Main and NEET UG, the agency has reduced the syllabus for this academic year. Hence, it can be expected that the syllabus of CUET UG will also be reduced this year.

It is more likely that the syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology will be reduced in order to maintain equity with other related exams. If reduced, the NTA will publish CUET UG 2024 revised syllabus as well as the topics that were removed as two separate PDFs. The updated syllabus will be posted on the official website of CUET UG at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The reduction in CUET syllabus will be done after consultation with the central and state boards and based on their inputs, a syllabus common across all boards at the Class 12 level will be finalized. Candidates can expect the syllabus to be published with or shortly after the release of CUET UG notification 2024.

As per the official schedule given by the agency, CUET UG 2023 will be conducted from May 15 to May 31, 2023, subject to extension depending on the number of registrants. The exam will be a computer-based test and its result will be declared within three weeks from the last exam date.
