Apna Chandrayaan Web Portal Launched by NCERT for Students
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Ministry of Education launched NCERT’s newly introduced ‘Apna Chandrayaan’ web portal for school students in New Delhi. This portal will enlighten the young kids about India’s mission for the Moon and other space projects in Future:
- The portal has been developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to facilitate school students about the innovations being done by our space organisations.
- Along with the website, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also launched 10 special comprehensive modules specific to ISRO’s ‘Chandrayaan’ mission to the moon.
- The ‘Apna Chandrayaan’ web portal is enclosed with the complete journey of our country and ISRO for this mission along with the challenges faced by the team and the emotional moments.
Israel-Hamas War: Israel to Evacuate Kiryat Shmona City After Clashes With Lebanon
The Israel-Hamas War 2023 has completed two weeks since the time of its rise. As the other Gulf countries have strongly condemned the retaliation by Israel against the 5000 missiles launched by Hamas terrorists, Lebanese armed forces baffled the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) on the northern border of Israel in some major skirmishes.
- According to the reports, Israel is in thought of evacuating its northern city of Kiryat Shmona which is near to the border with Lebanon. The city currently houses around 20,000 Israeli citizens.
- US President Joe Biden has stated that Hamas and Russia both want to destroy democracies after he returned to Washington on Thursday from Israel. He urged the US Congress to come together and pass military aid to Israel.
- After the deal struck by Biden, trucks carrying tons of humanitarian aid will be entering the city of Gaza from the border of Egypt.
