• Must have obtained a Master’s degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant/concerned/allied subject from a recognized Indian university or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

• Must have passed the National Eligibility Test conducted by the CSIR or UGC

OR

• Must have obtained a PhD degree from a foreign university with a ranking among the world’s top 500 universities by any of the following –

1. The Times Higher Education (THE) 

2. Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)

3. The Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai)

• Click on the ‘DU Assistant Professor Application 2023’ link on the homepage 

• Under the ‘New Account’ section, fill out the registration form with your email ID, password, and mobile number.

• Save the registration credentials and use them to log in again

• Access the online application form and enter the required information

• Next, upload all the necessary documents, photographs and signatures

• Proceed to pay the application fee

• Preview the online application form before submission

• Download the final copy and get a printout of the same for future reference
