Delhi government has launched Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship Programme to attract young leaders from all over the country to address the urban challenges faced by the country today.
Chief Minister Urban Leaders Fellowship Programme Eligibility:
To be eligible for the CM’s Urban Leaders Fellowship Programme
- Candidates must be graduate and have a minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience.
- Candidates who have a Ph.D. qualification must have one-year full-time work experience.
- Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries can apply as well if they have 3 years of post-registration professional experience.
- For Associate Fellowship, graduates with one-year work experience can also apply.
- Age Criteria: Candidate should be under 35 years of age to apply.
After the selection of the candidates, they will work with Ministers or Senior Officials of the Indian government in sectors such as Health, Environment, Water, Education and others. Fellows will get a remuneration of Rs.1,25,000 per month and while the Associate Fellows will receive Rs.75,000. The programme aims to attract youth who are passionate about social and public services. The duration of the fellowship is two years.
