NCWEB, popularly known as Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board, is a unique initiative of the University of Delhi that allows thousands of young women to pursue Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) courses without attending classes regularly. Students who enrol under NCWEB, Delhi University conducts classes on the weekends or during the regular academic breaks.

Delhi University's admission portal is planning to come up with maps showing centres for NCWEB- Non-Collegiate Women Education Board. The online make the admission process easier for the female candidates seeking admission to NCWEB. There are over 24,000 female students studying in B.A., B.Com and MA courses across 26 centres.
