Delhi University will soon commence the application process for the PG Diploma in Cyber Security and Law. DU PG Diploma in Cyber Security and Law admissions 2019-20 will begin soon.
The Delhi University will soon invite applications for the Postgraduate (PG) Diploma in Cyber Security and Law. DU launched PGD in Cyber Security and Law last year and garnered good response from students. DU will soon release an official notification for DU PGD in Cyber Security and Law course admissions 2019. Institute of Cyber Security & Law of DU offers this course.
Aspiring candidates can apply for the programme through the PG admission portal of DU. An official statement released by DU stated that Cyber Security is a niche subject of modern studies and the PG Diploma course offered by the varsity is an advanced Penetration Testing and Information Security Programme.
There will be a total of 50 seats in this programme. Students will be provided with intensive practical training sessions to prepare students with practical knowledge in simplified sessions to ease the learning process. The last date to apply for the PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law offered by the University of Delhi will be June 2019.
DU PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law of DU can be checked below -
- All the graduates or above in Science (Chemistry or Physics), Mathematics, Information Technology, B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication are eligible to take up this course.
- M.Tech, MCA and BCA graduates or those in the final year of these courses can also apply to this course.
DU PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law Application Process
The application process for DU PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law is as follows -
- Candidates interested in the course can apply for the programme through the common online admission portal of DU.
- After registering through the exam portal, candidates must fill up all their personal details, academic details, upload the documents and credentials required for the course.
- Once all the details in the form are filled, candidates must submit their application and pay the application fee.

DU PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law Selection Process
The selection process for PG Diploma in Cyber Security & Law course is as follows -
- The selection process is based on merit.
- The varsity will prepare a separate merit list based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in graduation degree or above.
- As per merit list, the candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
- During the final selection, 85% weightage will be given to marks or percentage in graduation degree and 15% weightage will be given to Personal Interview.

After the completion of the course, the candidates will be awarded a Diploma Certificate. The minimum pass percentage required to clear each paper is 50%.
