Delhi University UG Admissions Conducted Peacefully on Day 2
- DU online admission portal was restored after a technical glitch on June 19, 2018.
- The first cut-off admissions for UG courses will close on June 21, 2018.
DU students, who were nervous after the online admission portal of DU was down on June 19, 2018, felt a sigh of relief after completing the admission process on the second day (June 20, 2018) of DU first cut-off admissions 2018. Students were able to apply to colleges, as the website was restored on the second day of admissions.
On the first day of admissions, students struggled to apply for colleges, as DigiLocker, government’s cloud storage for certificates and documents was not integrated with online admission portal of the University of Delhi. Helpless students approached the colleges to seek assistance. However, students understood that it was mandatory to apply online. Now, the online admission portal is functioning and issues have been resolved.
