Dipanshu Jindal Emerges Topper in JEE Main Rank List
After securing an all-India rank of 53 in JEE Advanced, Dipanshu Jindal from Shalimar Bagh emerges as the topper of Joint Entrance Examination (Main).
After securing an all-India rank of 53 in JEE Advanced, Dipanshu Jindal from Shalimar Bagh emerges as the topper of Joint Entrance Examination (Main). Although with a rank as good as 53 he could have bagged any of the premier Institutions in India, the 18 year- old topper said that all-India rank 1st looks impressive on the resume.
JEE Mains rank list was announced on Thursday evening, June 23 by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The second position was secured by Pratyush Maini, who hails from Gurgaon whereas third position was grabbed by Delhi based Rajas Bansal of Sanskriti School.
Rajas has an AIR of 124 in JEE Advanced and much like Dipanshu he can opt for any institute in the country. Rajas aspires to study computer science at IIT-Delhi. He has studied from a CBSE School and scored 98.8% in his 12 CBSE board.
Dipanshu went to SD Public School, Pitampura, and like Rajas he also aspires to study computer science at IIT Delhi. Talking about his performance he said that he doesn’t want to brag about his results and that his Class 12th results were good enough. He also studied from CBSE board and scored an aggregate of 98.6% with a perfect score in physics and mathematics. He was the topper of his school as well.
His father is a Maths tutor. Speaking about him, Dipanshu said, "He shaped me. He taught me in my initial years," he says.
