Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate: For proof of date of birth and academic qualifications.
Class 12 Mark Sheet and Certificate: Essential for academic background verification.
MBBS Mark Sheets: Mark sheets for all professional MBBS examinations (1st, 2nd, and 3rd year).
MBBS Degree Certificate: Issued by the respective university after completing the MBBS program.
Internship Completion Certificate: Proof of completion of a one-year mandatory internship on or before the specified cut-off date.
Medical Registration Certificate: Issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the respective State Medical Council.
