Candidates applying for the CIL Medical Executive Recruitment 2022 are required to submit self-attested photocopies of the following set of documents:

• Proof of DOB (marksheet/certificate of Matriculation/Secondary/Higher Secondary level)

• MBBS/BDS degree certificate and PG Degree/PG Diploma/DNB certificate along with all marksheets

• Recently taken passport-sized photograph 

• Internship/Compulsory Rotary Training certificate

• Valid registration certificate issued by the State Medical Council/MCI

• PwD certificate in the prescribed format for Persons with Disabilities)

• Caste certificate in the prescribed proforma for all reserved category candidates – OBC-NCL/EWS/ST/SC)

• Service certificate for Ex-Servicemen

• Certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the competent authorities for the domicile of Jammu & Kashmir)

• Declaration in the prescribed format for recognized OBC-NCL candidates 

• Certificate of experience mentioning the date of joining and completion

• Certificate from the competent authority/Head of the Institute/University Registrar specifying the equivalent marks/percentage in case Grade point/Grade/CGPA are rewarded instead of marks

• Proof showing the number of attempts for BDS/MBBS/DNB/PG Diploma/PG Degree 

• No Objection Certificate from current employer (applicable for candidates working in Semi Government/Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs
