Documents Required to Apply for MP Vyapam Group 5 Recruitment 2022: The Madhya Pradesh Professional Education Board will be starting the application for the Group 5 Recruitment (Paramedical Staff/Nurse) from 14th October 2022. Applicants can submit the MP PEB Group 5 application form online through the official website @peb.mp.gov.in.

• Category Certificate (Not required for General/UR applicants)

• Disability Certificate (For applicants in the PwD category)

Documents Required for Educational Qualification

• 10th Standard (any subjects) passing Certificate from a recognised board

• 12th Standard (10+2) Passing Certificate from a recognised board

• Graduation certificate with mark sheets for all years in B.Sc Nursing from a recognised university OR

• A course completion certificate in GNM from a recognised institute
