Documents Required for Personal Information in NTPC Recruitment -

1. A Photo Identity Proof (any of the following)

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID Card

• Permanent Driving License (Learner’s License will not be considered valid)

• Ration Card (Having the applicant’s picture and name attested on it)

• Government Employee Card (Issued by any state/union government)

• Passport

1. An Address proof (any of the following)

• Aadhaar Card

• Driving License

• Voter ID Card

• Permanent Driving License

• Passport

1. Valid Email ID and mobile number

2. Passport Size photograph of the applicant (as required in the notification)

3. Signature done on a white background (in the required size)

Documents Required for Educational Qualifications for NTPC Recruitment -

• Class 10th Passing Certificate

• Class 12th Passing Certificate

• B.Tech/B.E. completion certificate from a recognised university along with the mark sheets of all semesters 

• GATE 2022 Score Card of the applicant

Other Documents Needed for NTPC Recruitment Through GATE 2022 -

• Category Certificate (Not required for General/Unreserved category applicants)

• Disability Certificate (For the applicants applying under the PWD category)

• Annual Income Certificate (For EWS Category Applicants only)
