The CAP Round 1 seat allotment result & cutoff for DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission 2020 has been released on December 18, 2020. Check your college allotment status and seat acceptance process here.
Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra has released the CAP Round 1 seat allotment result for Polytechnic Admission 2020 on December 18. The option entry form for CAP Round 1 closed at 5:00 PM on December 16. Candidates who have filled the option form for Diploma admission have been allocated a seat in the CAP Round 1. Along with the seat allotment result, DTE Maharashtra will also release CAP Round 1 cutoff. After checking the seat allotment result, the candidates will have to proceed with the seat acceptance process. Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment & Reporting Dates 2020
The seat allotment and reporting dates for CAP Round 1 Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission 2020 are as follows –

Display of provisional seat allotment for CAP Round 1 | December 18, 2020 |
Seat acceptance dates | December 19 to 21, 2020 |
Reporting to the allotted institute | December 19 to 22, 2020 |
Candidates who fail to accept the seat and report to the allotted institute within the specified dates must note that his/ her seat will be canceled. Such candidates are not eligible to take part in Round 2.
Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Acceptance Process 2020
After checking the seat allotment status for Maharashtra CAP Round 1 polytechnic admission 2020, the candidates will have three options to choose from –
Option 1 | Candidates who secured a seat as per the first option, the seat allotment is auto-freeze. These candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee and proceed with reporting. |
Option 2 | Candidates who secured a seat other than the second option, he/she can either Freeze or Not Freeze the option. Candidates choosing Not Freeze can participate in the next round. |
Option 3 | Candidates who opted for Not Freeze can wait for the better allotment in the next round. These candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee. |
The tuition fee for Polytechnic courses is Rs. 7,550 for government and non-government aided institutes.
