DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Merit List 2023 Postponed: The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra will release the Polytechnic merit list 2023 tomorrow, July 17 on their official website @poly23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. Candidates who registered for the Maharashtra Polytechnic admission, can visit the official website tomorrow at the specified time below to check whether their names are included or not. After the provisional merit is out, candidates can make objections on the provisional merit list between July 18 to 19, 2023. Based on the objections made, DTE will release the final merit list on July 21, 2023.

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Merit List 2023: Tie-Breaking Rule
The authorities will prepare the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic merit list 2023 based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination. If two or more applicants attain the same marks, the authorities will implement the following tie-breaking rule to form the merit list:
Candidates who get more marks in Mathematics in SSC will be given a higher rank.
If the tie persists, candidates who get more marks in Science will be given the next rank.
If the tie still persists, candidates who get more marks in English will be given the next rank.
If the tie still persists, candidates who pass HSC in Science will be given the next rank.
If the tie still persists, candidates who pass HSC will be given the minimum Competency Vocational Course and will be given the next rank.
If the tie still persists, candidates who pass the ITI Trade of 2 Years will be given the next rank.
