DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Provisional Merit List 2023: The DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic provisional merit list 2023 has been released on the official website @poly23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in, and now the authorities have activated the link for the submission of grievances today, July 18, 2023. The last day to file objections on the Maharashtra Polytechnic provisional merit list is tomorrow, July 19, 2023. The candidates who selected the ‘e-scrutiny’ mode and wish to report any changes to the provisional merit list can visit the official website for the same to report through their candidate login. The candidates who chose the ‘physical scrutiny’ mode need to report at FC to submit their objections. E-Scrutiny Mode
Candidates can raise their grievances on DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic provisional merit list through E-Scrutiny Mode by following the instructions below:
Candidates can file objections by logging into their portal. The link to raise the grievance will be available on their login dashboard.
- Once accessed, the authorities will send the submitted application on their portal itself for corrections.
After reporting, candidates will have to upload documents to justify their grievances or corrections made and submit them.
The authorities will examine the documents and update the status of the grievances raised in the login portal.
Along with that, the receipt cum acknowledgement for the same will be reverted to the candidates. The candidates will then have to make the fee payment to reflect the changes on the final merit list, which is expected to be out on July 21, 2023.
Physical Scrutiny Mode
The instructions to raise grievances on DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic provisional merit list through Physical Scrutiny Mode are as follows:
Applicants need to report to FC where they have submitted their registration form.
Then, they need to submit valid documents that justify their objections.
The FC will examine the documents and provide the receipt cum acknowledgement to the candidate.
The candidate will then have to pay the fees to record the changes to the merit list.
