The ridiculously high cut-off for admission to the UG courses of Delhi University has become a concern for the Admission Committee of the University. The committee will conduct a meeting with different educational boards in order to ask them to not inflate marks while evaluating the board exam results.

The Delhi University will also conduct a meeting with principals of 63 affiliated colleges. The admission and cut-off data of past few years will be presented to come up with a replacement for high cut-offs for admission to DU UG courses.

The Admission Committee is also planning to start the admission process from the first week of April 2018 so that students will get more time for completing their application process. Starting the process early will also avoid last-minute chaos.
