<p>The on-going campaign for the Delhi University elections is flouting all the norms. From using printed posters and SUVs crammed with slogan-shouting supporters to alleged spending-limit breaches.
Printed posters lay strewn all over. These carried mugs of candidates of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), National Students Union of India (NSUI) and Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) - the students' wing of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) - contesting the September 11 polls.
Just outside the Arts Faculty, a prominent landmark, is a traffic jam with a long line of campaign SUVs, mostly Innovas, cramming the road. Each is packed with seven to 10 activists shouting slogans and handing out printed handbills to passing students.
