DU: Law Students Launch Hunger Strike Again over Mass Failures
A total number of 1,994 students appeared for the first-semester examination out of which 882 students have failed in at least one subject.
The law students of Delhi Universty have launched a mass hunger strike over the failure of around 50 percent students in the semester exams. The students pointed that there were some issues with the results which were released last month. Some of the students have been marked absent even though they appeared for the exam. On the other hand, some of the students secured low scores which were revised later.

The students had launched a hunger strike last month over the issue, and the authorities directed the students to call off the strike and assured them that their grievances will be looked into. The students alleged that the University did not take any steps for the past one month. So, the students have decided to go on a hunger strike again.

The Dean of Law Faculty, SC Rana was not available for comments.
