DU New Session to Commence from Wednesday
Delhi University colleges to start classes for new session from Wednesday.
With classes commencing from Wednesday, Delhi University colleges will be starting with its new session from this week. On Wednesday, classes for all three years are likely to begin.

The fifth cut off list is yet to be announced and will be out by July 20. The Delhi University admission process will come to an end by July 22 and the students admitted under the fifth cut off will be joining later.
A dip of 0.25-0.5 percentage points was seen in this year’s fourth cut off list, though cut off for most of the popular colleges remained above 90%.
Once Delhi University comes out with the fifth and final cut off list, colleges will notify the status of seats available on their official website. Information regarding empty seats will be given course-wise and category-wise.

In case students have registered on UG admission portal earlier, they will have to apply online and choose the course and college according to the status of seats.
“The applications will be received online only for 3 days,” said officials.

A merit list will be prepared for all the eligible candidates along with their names and registration numbers.
The college will be announcing three such merit lists.
In case two students have exactly same marks and percentage in ‘ Best Four ’/PCM/ PCB and there is only one seat available, in that case, an aggregate of 12th marks will be taken into consideration while filling the vacant seat.
