Apply for Engineering Jobs at APTRANSCO
APTRANSCO has opened up its doors to the engineering students who wish to apply for a job. A total of 171 jobs have been offered by the corporation for this purpose. The students will have to apply for the job and pay the application fee by the last week of April 2019 and appear for the test on 19th May 2019.
There has been an opening for 171 seats at the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APTRANSCO). Those engineering students who wish to apply for the job can visit the official website of APTRANSCO. The last date to apply for the job opening is 25th April 2019 till 7 in the evening. Interested candidates will also be required to pay the application fee latest by 24th April 2019. The selection of the candidates will take place via a written test which will be conducted by APTRANSCO. Those who pass the written test will be called for the document verification process which will take place in a 1:1 ratio.
APTRANSCO Eligibility for Job Vacancies:
- Graduate degree B.E./B.Tech/A.M.I.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any degree equivalent to the one mentioned above received from a recognised institute/university
- The upper age limit for the job is 42 years as on 1 February 2019. There is a 5-year relaxation for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC category. Meanwhile, PH Applicants will be given 10-year relaxation for the upper age limit.
The applicants who are interested in the job must ensure they qualify the eligibility criteria that is required for the job. If they qualify the eligibility criteria then they must visit the official website of the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited. The Application fee that needs to be paid is ₹500 for those candidates belonging to the general category. Meanwhile, SC/ST/BC candidates will only have to pay ₹150 as the application fee. The fee will have to be paid via online, either by Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the written test that will be conducted by the APTRANSCO. The written test will be conducted on the 19th of May 2019 from 10 am to 12 noon. Students will have to appear for the examination with the hall ticket which is going to be released one week before the test takes place.

The question paper will consist of two sections of 70 and 30 marks respectively. The first section will contain questions relating to the core academic curriculum of the discipline of the student. The second section will contain questions that will check the analytical aptitude of the candidate.
