FABS Mumbai Placements 2018: Schedule of Upcoming Recruitment Drives
- Fazlani Academy of Business Science (FABS) Mumbai is the only institute that has a 'placement before admission' model.
- Industries such as IT, FInance, HR, Sales, Marketing & Service Operations (mostly for B2B job profiles) visit FABS for recruitment.
Tha Fazlani Academy of Business Sciences, a Mumbai-based b-school is all geared up to conduct final placement drives for the management students of the outgoing batch. The two placement drives along with the companies expected to visit are scheduled as follows:
- 20th February 2018 - Companies like Eclinical Works, Midmark India, Anandrathi etc.
- 1st March 2018 - Companies like Cox & Kings, Motilal Oswal, Sodexo etc.
It is important to note that FABS Mumbai is the only institute that has a 'placement before admission' model. If the candidates are selected during the initial stages of the placement process, they are handed over a Letter of Intent (LOI) by the respective company.
As a part of the placement cell initiatives of FABS, Mumbai, the college also looks forward to conducting pre-interview training sessions for candidates before they appear for their final interview with the company. This process basically includes personality development traits, soft skills, communication skills and how to tackle common personal interview questions. It is ensured that the candidates go through the company profile beforehand so that they are well aware and confident of the same.
FABS also organises monthly interview sessions for candidates aspiring to take part in the on-campus placement process. Only those who qualify in the PQE exam (FABS entrance test) appear for placements.

Industries such as IT, FInance, HR, Sales, Marketing & Service Operations (mostly for B2B job profiles) visit FABS for recruitment. Corporates that offer a minimum CTC of Rs. 5 lakh per annum are encouraged and invited to recruits FABS business aspirants.

As per previous year's and current year's data, FABS students, namely, Nikita Dass bagged an annual package of Rs. 6 LPA at Cox & Kings, Bhavya Jain grabbed an offer of Rs. 8 LPA at Motilal Oswal, Rizwan Khan received an opportunity at General Technologies at Rs. 6 LPA and Akshay Jain was offered Rs. 5 LPA at Anandrathi.
