MSW(Master of Social Work)’s final year students of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth were given a vibrant farewell party where they were also enlightened with insights by Dr. Manju Mandot- Principal. She said that the students should be prepared for any obstacle in career and turns it into opportunity.
Dr. Manju Mandot also mentioned about college to students, guest and audiences that we aims at preparing student to take up practice of Social Work in a number of settings. The programs provide for general preparation based on the underlying unity and identity of purpose in many fields and are of a generic pattern in the first two Semesters. In the third and fourth Semesters, in view of the need for specialized knowledge and up-to-date and complete information in some of the important fields, special elective courses are offered as per student's choice based on merit and regulations of the School.
She also added that the beginning should be from the villages. The objective of social work is service. A souvenir memento was provided to the students. Chief guests of the event included Dr. Veena Dwivedi, Dr. Avinash Nagar, Dr. Sunil Choudhary, Dr. Seeta Gurjar, Krishna Kant Nahar etc.
Students and faculties danced at the dance floor on the DJ beats. First year students performed different songs and poetry to showcase their love towards senior that how much they love them. Rocking performances of solo and group dance, dandia with seniors, solo and group singing were given by first year students of MSW.
