FCI Manager Exam Selection Process 2022: The Food Corporation of India (FCI) will be conducting the FCI Manager exam 2022 in four stages i.e, Phase-I, Phase-II, Interview & Training. The first two phases will be held in online mode. FCI aims to recruit 5043 Assistants and 113 Grade 2 Managers at its various offices across the country. Aspirants who will be shortlisted for the post of manager will be provided a training period of 6 months.

For Manager: (GeneralAccounts/Technical/Depot/ Movement/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering /Civil Engineering) the selection process comprises three stages.
Stage 1: Online Computer-Based Test (Phases – I and II)
Stage 2: Document Verification and Interview
Stage 3: Training
For Manager (Hindi): the selection process comprises 2 stages.

Online Computer-Based Test (Phase I)
Phase-I of the online test will comprise of total 100 MCQs. For each correct attempt, 1 mark will be awarded. For each wrong answer, there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks. No marks for unattempted questions will be given. Paper-I is common for postcodes A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.
Online Computer-Based Test (Phase II)
In phase II there will be no negative marking. Paper 1 will comprise 120 MCQs of 1 mark each. Paper 2 will comprise 60 MCQs of 2 marks each. Paper 3 and 4 are only for the Post of Manager (Hindi).
Document Verification and Interview
Aspirants can download their Interview call letters from the official website- fci.gov.in. It must be noted that candidates can appear for an interview only after the completion of document verification. The weightage assigned to the Interview is 10%. Students must produce valid documents during the Interview or Document Verification. In case of the absence of valid documents, the candidature will be cancelled.
Training
The Training stage carries a weightage of 10% and those selected as Management Trainees will undergo six months of training. During the training period stipend will be paid INR 40,000. After the completion of training, they will be paid INR 40,000 to INR 140000.
