FICCI and OYO have developed an online certification course and have signed an MoU. The course includes 9 modules and has been designed by OYO to cater to the needs of the hospitality industry in a post-COVID era.
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and OYO have developed on online training and certification course for the hospitality industry. The course aims to provide training to the establishments and the professionals operating in the hospitality industry on how to operate in a world affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The severe impact that COVID-19 has had on the hospitality business prompted FICCI and OYO to come together for this unique project. While OYO is the designer of the course curriculum as well as the trainer, the course is being offered through the online training platform of FICCI.
