GATE 2023 Registration Dates & Schedule: IIT (India Institute of Technology) Kanpur launched the official website for GATE 2022 on 27th July 2022. Prof. Abhay Karandikar, Director, IIT Kanpur, launched the official website having details related to the registration start date, end date and more. The online application will start on August 30, 2022 and the last date to fill and submit the application is September 30, 2022.
Candidates looking to get admission into the M.tech or other PG courses can visit the official website on 30th August 2022 and fill out the application. GATE 2023 will be a computer-based subject that will be conducted in twenty-nine subject areas with the choice of selecting two papers in some subjects.
GATE 2023 is conducted by IIT Kanpur but it will be jointly held by other IIST like IIT Bombay, Delhi, Kharagpur, Madras, Guwahati, Roorkee and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. Below we have highlighted GATE 2023 important dates along with the exam pattern and eligibility criteria.

GATE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates looking to apply for GATE 2023 need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. Here is the details about the GATE 2023 eligibility criteria announced by the IIT Kanpur:
- To apply for GATE 2022 candidate needs to be an Indian citizen. However, candidates from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, and UAE are also eligible to apply for the exam.
- There are no age limit criteria for candidates appearing for the GATE 2023
- Candidate must have completed B.tech or postgraduate (M.SC) from a recognized board and university
