GATE 2024 Application Form Correction Begins: Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru will begin GATE 2024 application form correction on November 18, 2023. The form correction window revised dates have been released at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Candidates willing to make modifications to their registration form and make it error-free can visit the portal and make the necessary changes within the deadline. Guidelines for GATE 2024 Application Form Correction
The detailed guidelines to correct GATE 2024 application form are as follows:
Applicants can edit fields such as their name, gender, DOB, category, address, exam city, and other details.
Candidates can also re-upload their photograph and signature (if required).
Candidates cannot correct their email address, contact number, and the paper they want to appear for.
Corrections must be done within the provided time frame, without which the application might be rejected by the authorities.
In case an applicant is not being able to edit their forms, then they must contact the officials immediately.
Candidates can check their application status after editing through GOAPS’s login.
To change the status from Female to Male, applicants need to pay the difference amount.
While changing the category from General/OBC to SC/ST, no fees will be refunded to the candidate.
While changing PwD status from Yes to No, candidates need to pay a specific fee. For No to Yes, no refund will be provided. To change the status to Dyslexia, candidates need to provide authentic proof.
To change the exam city, no fee needs to be provided
