GATE 2024 Electrical Engineering (EE) Expected Topic-Wise Weightage

GATE 2024 Electrical Engineering (EE) Weightage: Across all topics, a high weightage is expected to be given to two non-subject-specific topics of General Aptitude at 15 marks and Engineering Mathematics at 11 marks. In subject-specific topics, Signals and Systems is expected to hold the highest weightage at 12 marks, followed by Electrical Machines at 11 marks. The detailed marks distribution is provided in the table below for all topics. Aside from that, the expected number of 1-mark and 2-mark questions are also given. Do note that this analysis is based on previous papers and is not officially provided by the conducting IIT.
